Exploration Package
5 Sessions Program
The Exploration Package consists of 5 sessions: 2 exploratory sessions and 3 in-depth coaching sessions (one-on-one).
This package is ideal if you want to:
- Experience the flavor of coaching before committing to the Basic Package.
- Extend your journey after completing the Basic Program.
Resolve specific issues that can be addressed in just a few sessions. - Sessions can be delivered in person or online via video services.
Customized Package
Individual Sessions Until You Reach Your Goal
For those whose needs do not fit into the Exploratory or Basic Packages, please contact us to discuss customized sessions.
You can also combine any of the Basic Packages with matching courses or webinars as added value resources, providing you with the latest scientific research on the topics you are coached on.
What is Group Coaching?
Group coaching involves coaching participants in a group setting, which can take various forms. Sessions may feature one or multiple group members coaching each other, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
These coaching sessions can be conducted in one or several meetings, either face-to-face or via Zoom. Each session typically includes an informative presentation on a specific topic, followed by a group discussion that encourages reflection and sharing.
Group coaching is ideal for retreats and resembles support circles, allowing individuals to learn from each other and feel connected in facing common challenges.
